Our Chef Stanislav Domček was born in Nitra in 1982. He studied at the Culinary Vocational School in Lužianky. During his studies, as well as after school, he worked in numerous well-known restaurants. However, the most valuable for him was probably a job in Munich, Germany and later in the Tyrolean Alps. When he was offered a job in the newly opened Chateau Appony Hotel, he did not hesitate a minute and, after years he spent abroad, a dream that many chefs dream about came true: to live and work in their home country. Thanks to his experience and skills and also thanks to the excellent team of cooks, the Chateau Appony Restaurant is now among the renowned restaurants in Slovakia.
